通过对混凝土单轴受拉试验方法的研究,提出了影响混凝土单轴受拉应力-应变全曲线的影响因素,结合以往研究成果,建议了一种用于混凝土单轴受拉的试验方法。采用MTS815试验机,考虑三种加载速率,在位移和应变率双重控制下,对混凝土试件进行了动力加载条件下的单轴受拉应力-应变全曲线试验。结果表明,该方法简单方便,引伸计所测部位应力分布均匀,试验结果稳定,为研究混凝土在动力加载条件下的破坏机理提供了试验依据。
Through the research on the uniaxial tension test of concrete, the influencing factors that affect the whole curve of uniaxial tensile stress - strain of concrete are put forward. Based on the previous research results, a test method for uniaxial tension of concrete is proposed. Using MTS815 test machine, considering the three kinds of loading rates, the uniaxial tensile stress-strain full curve test under dynamic loading was carried out under the dual control of displacement and strain rate. The results show that the method is simple and convenient, the stress distribution in the extensometer is uniform and the test results are stable, which provides the experimental basis for studying the failure mechanism of concrete under dynamic loading.
