采用Tris和磷酸盐缓冲液制备无蛋白综合培养基,观察钩体生长与pH变化。结果表明:Tris缓冲液制备的培养基稳定性优于磷酸盐缓冲液.钩体生长的最适pH为7.2~7.5。钩体生长条数在前4天中呈几何级数增长,第8天达到高峰,约109/ml,10天后缓慢下降。与此相反,pH开始是逐日下降。培养到第5天降到最低值,约7.0,以后逐渐回升。
Tris-free and phosphate-buffered saline were used to prepare the protein-free medium and observe the growth and pH changes of leptospira. The results showed that the stability of medium prepared by Tris buffer was better than that of phosphate buffer. The optimum pH for the growth of hooks is 7.2 ~ 7.5. The number of leptospirosis increased geometrically in the first 4 days, peaked on the 8th day, about 109 / ml and slowly decreased after 10 days. In contrast, pH starts to decline day by day. After cultivation to the lowest value on the 5th day, about 7.0, then gradually pick up.
