目的 :探讨L 精氨酸 (L Arg)加 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu)对艾氏腹水癌 (EAC)小鼠存活的影响。方法 :将 1 0 0只昆明小鼠随机分成 4组 ,接种EAC细胞 ,依照分组向腹腔注射生理盐水、L Arg、5 Fu、L Arg +5 Fu ,同时记录各组小鼠自然存活时间、处死时平均腹水量。结果 :L Arg +5 Fu组自然存活时间最长 ,且无腹水 ,L Arg组自然存活时间也有所延长 ,腹水量也比对照组减少 ,以上 2组 2项指标与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5 Fu组自然存活时间与对照组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但腹水量与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :L Arg +5 Fu延长EAC小鼠的自然存活时间最长且无腹水 ,疗效优于单独应用L Arg和 5 Fu。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L Arg plus 5 Fu on the survival of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) mice. Methods: 100 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. EAC cells were inoculated into the peritoneal cavity and saline, L Arg, 5 Fu and L Arg +5 Fu were injected into the peritoneal cavity according to the groups. At the same time, the mice were sacrificed When the average amount of ascites. Results: L Arg +5 Fu group had the longest natural survival time and no ascites. L Arg group also prolonged the natural survival time and decreased the amount of ascites compared with the control group. There were significant differences between the two indexes in the two groups and the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the natural survival time between 5 Fu group and control group (P> 0.05), but there was a significant difference between ascites volume and control group (P <0 05) .0 5). CONCLUSION: L Arg +5 Fu prolonged EAC mice have the longest natural survival and no ascites, which is superior to L Arg and 5 Fu alone.
