为验证国产第三代压水堆ACP1000控制棒驱动线(CRDL)在三代核电要求地震条件下的结构完整性和功能完好性,在多点激励试验装置上,采用一组控制棒驱动线1:1样机作为试验对象,进行CRDL的抗震试验研究。试验中采用多频波法进行CRDL水平和竖直2个方向的地震激励,得到地震对CRDL落棒时间的影响;测量了运行基准地震(OBE)和安全停堆地震(SSE)下CRDL的加速度响应值和应变值,验证了CRDL在OBE下的运行功能和SSE下的安全功能。试验结果表明:ACP1000的CRDL在地震载荷作用下能够保持其结构完整性和功能完好性。
In order to verify the structural integrity and functional integrity of the ACP1000 control rod drive line (CRDL) made by the third-generation PWR in China under the seismic conditions required by the third generation of nuclear power stations, a set of control rod drive lines 1: 1 prototype as a test object for seismic study of CRDL. In the experiment, multi-frequency wave method was used to carry out CRDL horizontal and vertical seismic excitation in two directions to get the impact of earthquakes on the falling time of CRDL. The acceleration of CRDL under operational reference earthquake (OBE) and safety shutdown earthquake (SSE) Response and strain values validate the CRDL’s operational capabilities under OBE and the safety functions under SSE. The experimental results show that the CRDL of ACP1000 can maintain its structural integrity and functional integrity under earthquake load.
