理据性是汉语的一个显著特性,是汉语语言符号发生、发展的动因。汉字是形音义的统一体,通过字形与字音、字义相联系,而汉字字形与客观事物之间往往具有一定的联系,从汉字字形能够直接获得其所表达的意义的相关信息。因此,在对外汉语教学中,如果将这些隐藏在汉字背后的造字理据与汉字文化揭示出来,不仅能增加汉字教学的形象性和趣味性,加深留学生对汉字的进一步认识,同时还有助于他们理解、掌握汉字并了解中华文化。
