结合四川合江长江一桥整体钢桥面格子梁安装施工实例,介绍了采用缆索吊装系统安装拱桥整体钢桥面格子梁的施工技术,格子梁为钢—混结合梁,是钢构件和混凝土组合成整体而共同受力的结构,充分利用了钢材的抗拉性能及混凝土的抗压性能。格子梁采用大节段预制、缆索吊装系统安装、栓焊结合连接,通过采用有效措施解决了施工过程中的问题,顺利完成了安装施工,为今后同类桥梁施工提供借鉴。
Combined with the construction example of the lattice girder of the whole steel bridge in Hejiang Yangtze River Bridge in Sichuan, the construction technique of installing the steel bridge lattice girder with the cable hoisting system is introduced. The lattice girder is a steel-concrete composite beam, which is composed of steel components and concrete The common force structure, make full use of the tensile properties of steel and concrete compressive properties. The lattice beam is prefabricated by large sections, the hoisting system is installed by the cable, the bolting and welding connection is adopted, the problems in the construction process are solved by effective measures, the installation and construction are completed smoothly, and the reference is provided for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
