居住区的绿地是城市建设中重要组成部分,在小区环境美中起到了重要的作用。园林植物给予我们直接的美感,看到了植物整体的外形美;枝干的线条美;叶形的变化美;花朵的色彩美及植物的一年四季的季相变化,使得人们的精神得到调剂,老人可以颐养天年,儿童可以快乐成长,工作者可以精力旺盛的投入到工作中。已经建成的居住小区在园林绿化方面存在一些的问题,如设计水平不高,没有经过专业人士精心设计,随意性强,不管居民的生活是否受到影响,没有整体感,更谈不上美感。使得居民不能亲近融入到美丽的社区环境中。
