人才激励就本质而言,是动机激励,即对人们从事某种活动以满足一定需要的动机进行启发、诱导,从而调动其积极性,更好地去进行此项活动.本文对人才激励的几种方法;工作丰富化、报酬与业绩挂钩、行为转化及环境激励模式进行介绍,以期活跃人才激励机制与对策的研究.一、工作丰富化工作中的“生活质量”正在引起人们的注意.何谓工作中的“生活质量”是指工作是生活的一部分,工作也如生活本身一样,应是丰富多彩而非单调机械的,这就是工作中的“生活质量”.工作丰富化,是为提高工作中“生活质量”的一种途径.美国心理学家赫兹伯格将工作丰富化描述为;在人们的工作中,应十分明确地确立更广阔的个人成就和得到尝试的余地,更具挑战性和责任性的工作,以及更多个人的发展机会,以使工作效率和个人满足两者都能得到改善.赫兹伯格还强调,工作丰富化和工
