采用中国科学院近代物理研究所 200KV离子注入机产生不同剂量 Fe1+,对春小麦新品系“81529”种子进行注入,用辐射敏化剂后处理,研究其注入效应。研究结果表明:Fe1+注入随注入剂量的增加染色体畸变率呈上升趋势;不同辐射敏化剂后处理对萌发力、染色体畸变率影响程度也不同;不同辐射敏化剂对同一剂量Fe1+注入小麦种子其染色体畸变率的总趋势:秋水仙素>咖啡因。
The new spring wheat line “81529” was infused with different doses of Fe1 + using a 200KV ion implanter at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the injection effect was studied by using a radiosensitizer. The results showed that the chromosome aberration rate increased with the dose of Fe1 + injection. The effect of different radiosensitizer post-treatment on the germination force and chromosome aberration rate was also different. Different radiosensitizers had the same effect on the wheat seeds with the same dose of Fe1 + The general trend of chromosome aberration rate: colchicine> caffeine.
