21世纪是信息瞬息万变的知识经济时代,人才是企业中惟一能够不断增值的资源,人才永远是整个社会发展的源动力。笔者通过对知识经济的内涵及其与人力资源关系的分析,得出了在知识经济环境中,如何能够更加有效的对人力资源进行管理、开发及创新,以对市场经济的完善发展和社会的不断进步做出应有的贡献。
The 21st century is a rapidly changing information era of knowledge economy. Talents are the only resources in an enterprise that can be continuously added value. Talents are always the driving force for the development of the whole society. Through the analysis of the connotation of knowledge economy and its relationship with human resources, the author draws a conclusion that how to manage, develop and innovate human resources more effectively in the knowledge economy environment so as to improve the market economy and social development Make constant progress to make its due contribution.
