云南大姚铜矿选矿厂用实测精矿体积的方法盘点精矿,使浮选厂的月、季、年的金属平衡控制在规定的回收率允差+1%以内。同时,在盘点库存精矿时,根据精矿状态和杂质含量的不同而选用不同的几何形状及有关参数算出精矿铜含量。由于采用这种方法,大姚铜矿近六年的生产实践取得效益143.783万元,这充分证明用体积法盘点精矿及其参数的选取是完全可行的。
