GCr1 5钢制造的轴承套圈 ,内径2 2 0mm ,高度H =1 57mm ,厚度b=1 2mm。在轧钢机上运转 1 4天 ,套圈表面辊道出现桔皮状条带 ,凹凸不平 ,影响正常工作。检验证明 ,原材料碳化物呈带状 ,热处理组织不合格 ,回火后出现粗大马氏体 ,导致套圈变形 ,圆度超标引起的摩擦过烧现象。
Bearing rings made of GCr1 5 steel, inner diameter 220 mm, height H = 157 mm, thickness b = 12 mm. Running on the rolling mill for 14 days, orange peel strips appear on the roller surface of the ferrule, causing unevenness and affecting normal operation. Inspection proved that the raw material carbides strip, heat treatment organizations failed, after tempering rough martensite, resulting in ferrule deformation, excessive roundness caused by excessive friction phenomenon.
