以曝气生物滤池(Biological Aerated Filter,BAF)净化腈纶废水为研究对象,研究了BAF处理腈纶废水的启动规律。试验以陶粒为滤料,在流量为25L/h,曝气量为40L/h的试验条件下,每天测试COD和氨氮的去除率变化情况。BAF对COD,氨氮有一定的去除效果。启动15d后,COD去除率达到65%;18d后,氨氮去除率达到60%以上。镜检表明,填料表面生物膜中均存在着多种微生物和明显的生物相分布。BAF挂膜过程中可以通过氨氮和COD去除率变化,来判断填料挂膜的进程和生物硝化作用进行的程度。
The biological aerated filter (Biological Aerated Filter, BAF) purification of acrylic fiber wastewater as the research object, studied BAF acrylic fiber wastewater treatment start. Test with ceramsite as the filter material, the flow rate of 25L / h, the aeration rate of 40L / h under the test conditions, daily test COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate changes. BAF COD, ammonia nitrogen have a certain removal effect. After 15 days of start-up, COD removal rate reached 65%. After 18 days, ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 60%. Microscopic examination showed that there are a variety of microorganisms and significant biological phase distribution in the biofilm on the surface of the filler. BAF hanging membrane process by ammonia nitrogen and COD removal rate changes to determine the process of filling the membrane hanging and the degree of biological nitrification.
