对文蛤进行了溴氯海因、二氧化氯和茶粕3种水产养殖常用药物的毒性试验,结果表明:溴氯海因、二氧化氯和茶粕对文蛤的安全浓度分别为5.7mg/L、2.3mg/L、6.2mg/L。溴氯海因和二氧化氯对文蛤的安全浓度高于其治疗浓度,对文蛤是较安全的水产药品。茶粕的安全浓度低于其使用浓度,不宜用于养有文蛤的塘中。
The toxicity of three commonly used aquaculture drugs including bromochlorothion, chlorine dioxide and tea meal was tested on the clam. The results showed that the safe concentrations of bromochlorohydrin, chlorine dioxide and tea meal on clam were 5.7 mg / L , 2.3 mg / L, 6.2 mg / L. The safe concentration of bromochorine and chlorine dioxide on clam is higher than its therapeutic concentration, and is a safer aquatic drug for clam. The safe concentration of tea meal is lower than the concentration of its use, should not be used for raising clams in the pond.
