去年岁末,我们有幸见到了久闻大名而未见其人的渭南市科技情报所所长罗玉杰同志。 罗玉杰同志任渭南市科技情报所所长以来,勇于开拓,因地制宜地进行改革治理,使渭南市科技情报所在指导思想和运行机制的转轨变型中,初步形成了面向社会,面向市场,以主促副,以副养主的多种形式、多方位发展的集科、工、贸为一体的外向型科研实体。业务由原来单一情报服务发展成现在下属两厂、两公司、一中心、一所,即渭南科技实验总厂、渭南电气设备厂、渭南科学器材公司、渭南农资服务部、渭南科技星火培训中心、渭南专利事务所。仅经过短短几年的发展,该所固定资产由原来的28万元增加到现在的500多万元,1995年实现科、工、贸总收入2000多万元,实现利税80余万元。几年来,所里共研究开发了2O余种新产品,承担了13项国家、省、地科研项目,其中两项分别填补了国家和陕西省空白,一项获省优秀新产品奖,8项技术获国家专利。技术推广及转让范围达全国12个省市300多家。科技体制改革和科技培训工作先后三次得到了国家科委星火办、省科委和省体改委的表彰奖励。

Over the past few years, the institute has researched and developed more than 20 kinds of new products and undertook 13 national, provincial and scientific research projects. Two of them have respectively filled in the blank of the state and Shaanxi Province, one won the Outstanding New Product Award of the Province, and eight Technology by the national patent.
