3月26日,中石化集团公司首套焦化加热炉理论配比燃烧控制系统在沧州炼化焦化装置F102加热炉正式投用,控制效果较好。F102加热炉氧含量由原来的1.5%降到0.5%左右,热效率由原92.2%升到92.9%左右。按目前每小时100吨加工量计算,可降低装置能耗1.48千克标油/吨,节约成本140万元。
March 26, Sinopec Group’s first set of coking furnace stoichiometric combustion control system in Cangzhou refinery coking plant F102 furnace officially put into use, the control effect is better. F102 furnace oxygen content from the original 1.5% down to about 0.5%, thermal efficiency from the original 92.2% rose to 92.9%. According to the current 100 tons per hour processing capacity calculation, can reduce the unit energy consumption of 1.48 kg standard oil / ton, saving 1.4 million yuan.
