研究健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中的应用以及效果

目的研究健康教育教育临床护理路径在糖尿病患者中的护理方式,并对护理效果进行调查。方法抽选我院2014年5月至2016年5月间144例糖尿病患者,患者均采用系统随机分组的方式分为两组,采用常规护理为对照组,采用健康教育临床护理路径进行干预的作为干预组,比较患者对疾病相关知识的了解程度,同时对患者护理满意度进行调查。结果两组患者对护理干预的满意度分别为91.7%、54.2%,比较具备统计学差异,P<0.05。两组患者疾病相关知识评分分别为(92.1±3.8)分、(75.4±6.2)分,比较具备统计学差异,P<0.05。两组患者生活质量评分分别为(93.6±5.8)分、(80.4±9.1)分,比较具备统计学差异,P<0.05。结论健康教育临床护理路径能够提升糖尿病患者对疾病的知晓率,同时能够提升患者的护理满意度。 Objective To study the nursing methods of clinical nursing pathway of health education and education in diabetic patients and to investigate the nursing effect. Methods A total of 144 patients with diabetes were selected from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital. Patients were divided into two groups by random systematic grouping. Patients in the routine care group and control group Intervention group to compare patients’ understanding of disease-related knowledge, at the same time, to investigate patient satisfaction with nursing. Results The two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing intervention were 91.7%, 54.2%, compared with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The scores of disease-related knowledge in the two groups were (92.1 ± 3.8) points and (75.4 ± 6.2) points respectively, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were (93.6 ± 5.8) and (80.4 ± 9.1) points, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The path of clinical nursing in health education can improve the awareness rate of diabetes in patients with diabetes and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
