班主任工作是面向学生的工作,而学生是有着各种需要的人。我们所采取的一切管理手段都必须围绕人的发展规律和需要来进行。班主任要能认真仔细地调查研究学生的需要,既掌握学生的一般需要,也掌握学生的个体需要,才能正确引导学生产生合理的需要。马斯洛需要层次理论在一定程度上反映了人类行为和心理活动的共同规律,运用该理论了解学生在某个时期的需要,可以使我们了解学生的心理状态,预测其行为表现,便于在管理中进行有效引导。
Class teacher work is oriented toward student work, and students are people with a variety of needs. All the management tools we have adopted must center on the laws and needs of human development. The teacher should be able to carefully study the needs of students, not only master the general needs of students, but also to master the individual needs of students in order to properly guide students to generate reasonable needs. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs reflects to some extent the common laws of human behavior and mental activity. Using this theory to understand the needs of students during a certain period of time can help us to understand the students’ psychological state, predict their behavior, In the effective guidance.
