侦查终结是侦查阶段对已经开展的各种侦查活动和侦查工作进行审核和总结的最后一道程序 ,是侦查任务已经完成的标志。因此 ,正确认识并确立完善、合理的侦查终结条件对于保证案件得到正确处理 ,保护犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益来说至关重要 ,对于起诉、审判阶段工作的顺利进行也具有重大影响。本文从案件事实清楚 ,证据确实、充分 ,法律手续完备等三个方面详细论述了侦查终结的条件 ,并且论述了在特殊情形下侦查终结的特殊条件。
The conclusion of the investigation is the final stage of the investigation and review of the various investigation activities and investigations carried out in the investigation phase and marks the completion of the investigation mission. Therefore, to correctly understand and establish a sound and reasonable investigation termination condition is of crucial importance in ensuring that cases are properly handled and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects.
