我国技术产权交易所的创建,是在我国有15年历史之久的技术市场背景下的创新。80年代中期,为促进科技成果的转化,各个省市相继建立技术市场,为广大的科技成果持有者转化其科技成果提供快捷的通道。但十多年下来,这些技术市场运作的不尽人意,往往是有场无市。随着新经济的兴起以及人们对新经济认识的深化,技术市场已远远不能适应科技企业创业的需要。为此,技术产权交易所顺应了这样的需求而被创新出来。三年多来,技术产权交易所为科技成果转化以及为科技中小企业融资创造了一个很好的平台,并取得了一定的成就。但冷静分析一下我国技术产权交易所创建以来的情况,不难看出他们可能会遇到与技术市场同样的困境。
The creation of China’s technology property exchange is an innovation in the background of 15 years of technology market in our country. In the mid-1980s, in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, various provinces and municipalities established technological markets one after another and provided a quick channel for the majority of scientific and technological achievements holders to transform their scientific and technological achievements. However, more than a decade has passed since these technology markets were not operating satisfactorily. With the rise of the new economy and the deepening of people’s understanding of the new economy, the technology market is far from being able to meet the needs of start-ups in science and technology enterprises. To this end, the exchange of technology property exchanges to be innovative to meet such needs. In the past three years, the technology property exchange has created a good platform for transforming scientific and technological achievements and financing small and medium-sized technology companies and has achieved some success. But calm analysis of the situation since the creation of China’s technology property exchange, it is easy to see that they may encounter the same predicament with the technology market.
