辽宁省鞍山市调味品一厂是一家国有中型一类企业,主要生产酱油、酱、醋、腐乳、酱菜等5大类产品。近年来,因受资金短缺、市场疲软、原材料价格大幅度上涨的困扰,企业陷于困境。为冲出市场竞争失利的重围,他们认识到只有开发高技术含量、高附加值的新产品,并以此为突破口,才能使企业“突围”。 该厂有两条酱类产品生产线,其中干酱每到旺季都供不应求,日销两万余袋,而风味酱日销量仅为1000袋左右。他们从提高风味酱生产线的利用率入手,开发出新产品——健美酱。健美酱是将风味酱经高温蒸煮再配入多种调味料经科学方法制成,口味独特,食用方便,辅以精美的包装,投放市场仅半年,在鞍山地区就销售了120万袋。去年,他们根据市场反馈又对健美酱的配方进行了调整,使平均日销量达到5000袋

Last year, according to market feedback, they adjusted the formula of body-building sauce so that the average daily sales volume reached 5,000 bags.
