在管道输送介质过程中,由于管内温度和周围环境温度的差别,热量传播不可避免,温差沿管道的分布是变化的。引入了温度衰减长度概念,在温差沿管道均匀分布时过渡段长度计算方法的基础上,提出用整体等效法计算温差沿管道变化时浅海埋地双层管道的过渡段长度。根据所得公式,分析了温度衰减长度对过渡段长度的影响,以及其它一些参数对两种计算方法下所得的过渡段长度差别的影响。有关算例表明,数值分析结果与理论分析是吻合的,可为工程中埋地双层管道结构过渡段长度的设计提供依据。
Due to the difference between the temperature in the pipe and the ambient temperature, the propagation of heat is unavoidable and the distribution of the temperature difference along the pipe varies during the pipeline transportation of the medium. The concept of temperature decay length was introduced. Based on the method of calculating the length of the transition section when the temperature difference was evenly distributed along the pipeline, the length of the transition section of the double pipe buried in the shallow sea was calculated by the whole equivalent method. According to the obtained formula, the effect of temperature decay length on the length of the transition is analyzed, and the influence of other parameters on the transition length difference between the two methods is analyzed. The relevant examples show that the numerical analysis results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis, which can provide the basis for the design of the length of the transition section of the buried double pipe structure in the project.
