肺结核大咯血是指24小时内咯血量达200～600ml或以上。肺结核大咯血若不积极加以治疗,常因窒息及肺栓塞而死亡。我科用立止血和垂体后叶素联合治疗大咯血病人,实践证明能显著提高止血作用,缩短出血时间,减少出血,无明显副作用。
Tuberculosis is a massive hemoptysis within 24 hours of hemoptysis up to 200 ~ 600ml or more. Tuberculosis, hemoptysis, if not actively treated, often due to suffocation and pulmonary embolism and death. Our department with stop bleeding and pituitrin combined treatment of hemoptysis patients, proved to significantly improve the role of hemostasis, shorten the bleeding time, reduce bleeding, no obvious side effects.
