生产上常遇到一些圆弧齿形的工件,或者其齿形的一部分线段是由圆弧构成的,如钟表齿轮、链轮等。滚切这种齿轮时工件节圆直径的确定问题,目前还缺乏理论研究。确定滚切节圆直径时要考虑许多问题,如工件齿根处过渡曲线的大小,滚刀齿顶或齿根处是否变尖,滚刀全齿廊上各点法向后角是否足够等。而其中最关键的问题是要确定允许的最小节圆直径。本文就此问题进行论述。
Production often encounter some circular arc-shaped workpiece, or part of the tooth shape of the line is composed of arcs, such as watch gears, sprockets and so on. The problem of determining the diameter of workpiece pitch circle when this kind of gear is hobbed is still lack of theoretical research. To determine the hobbing pitch circle diameter to consider many issues, such as the workpiece at the root of the transition curve of the size of the hob gear or tooth root at the tip of the hob, the hob full dentition normal corner is enough. The most critical issue is to determine the minimum allowable pitch diameter. This article discusses this issue.
