本文为国家体委在1964年制定运动员伙食标准时提供热能需要量方面的资料,和了解目前运动员营养在热量方面存在的问题,于1964年3~5月间,对北京地区十一个项目的优秀运动员进行了热能消耗量和摄入量的调查研究,并根据调查结果分析了不同项目运动员热能消耗的一些特点。
This article provides information on the amount of heat energy required by the State Sports Commission in setting athletes’ dietary standards in 1964, and understands the current problems in the nutrition of athletes in terms of calories. From March to May 1964, it was an excellent athlete for 11 projects in the Beijing area. The investigation and study of thermal energy consumption and intake were conducted, and some characteristics of thermal energy consumption of athletes in different sports were analyzed based on the survey results.
