颅脑CT检查,多用横断层扫描.病人取仰卧位,这对正常体型的人无疑是最佳的体位,但对于有脊柱严重后凸的病人,仰卧位就非常不适和困难,即使勉强仰卧位,头呈极度后仰,也不容易定准扫描基线,所显示的图像也不符合标准,会给诊断带来一定的困难.为此.我们设法采用侧位扫描法.经过实践验证:其效果满意,与常规体位无明显差异,对诊断无影响、现将此法介绍于下:
