目的:建立苦荞的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用岛津ODS柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈–水(含2%的醋酸),梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,流速:1 mL.min-1。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》,计算不同产地苦荞样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结果:共有12个共有峰,16批被测样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度在0.927~0.999。结论:该指纹图谱检测方法简便、重现性好,可作为苦荞药材质量控制的重要方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprinting method for tartary buckwheat. Methods: Shimadzu ODS column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with 2% acetic acid and gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. Using the “Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2004A) version”, calculate the overall similarity of HPLC fingerprint of tartary buckwheat samples from different areas. Results: There were 12 common peaks. The overall similarity of chromatographic fingerprints of 16 batches of samples was between 0.927 and 0.999. Conclusion: The fingerprint detection method is simple, reproducible, and can be used as an important method for the quality control of buckwheat.
