目的比较贴片法和涂抹法在检测托幼机构物体表面菌落总数差异,寻找一种简便快捷且较能反应物表实际状况的采样方法;方法在50家托幼机构中随机选择玩具、桌椅、门把手、书本、毛巾等物体表面,分别应用传统涂抹采样法和3M纸片贴片法采集并检测相同物体表面菌落总数,比较不同方法的结果差异;结果通过对50份物体表面菌落总数检测结果的统计分析表明,贴片采样法的检测结果明显高于涂抹采样法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论纸片贴片采样法方便快捷,较能真实反映物体表面污染水平。
Objective To compare the total number of colonies on the surfaces of nurseries and bodies by patch method and smear method, and to find a sampling method which is simple and quick to use, and to compare the actual situation of reactant tables.
