不久前,在江苏省全省联动举办的技、职校和中专毕业生招聘专场,镇江市高级技校员工们不是急切地推销毕业生,而是忙着招生咨询,探听企业用工需求。因为该校2002届347名毕业生早已全部落实单位。这347名毕业生中,60%被外企抢走。173名女毕业生尤为抢手,绝大多数到了外企,集中在电子和计算机生产厂家。据了解,当地劳动保障部门衡量技校生是否就业的标准是:在本市就业,月薪至少500元,交三金;在外地就业,月薪必须在800元以上,交三金,才算就业。
