采用平面剪切式摩擦测定方法测量粉末压制成型过程中的摩擦系数。结果表明:粉末压制过程中的摩擦系数是一个动态的参数。当下面滑块开始移动的时候,摩擦系数急剧增加,达到最高峰之后开始趋于平缓,最终趋于稳定状态。随着压制力的增加,摩擦系数降低而压坯的密度则逐渐提高。
The friction coefficient during powder compacting is measured by the method of plane shear friction measurement. The results show that the friction coefficient during powder compacting is a dynamic parameter. As the slider below begins to move, the coefficient of friction increases sharply, begins to flatten after reaching the peak, and eventually tends to a steady state. As the pressing force increases, the friction coefficient decreases and the density of the green compact gradually increases.
