将并行工程思想应用于级进模设计 ,是提高级进模设计效率、降低设计开发成本的有效手段。针对目前特征技术和级进模 CAD/ CAM系统的研究现状 ,提出了面向并行设计和产品全生命周期的特征定义 ;根据级进模设计的特点 ,建立了由产品特征模型、冲压工艺特征模型和模具结构特征模型组成的级进模集成信息模型。在此模型的基础上进行了从板金产品特征到冲压工艺特征的特征映射、从冲压工艺特征到模具结构特征的特征映射的研究。所取得的研究成果已被用于本课题组开发的基于特征的级进模 CAD/ CAM软件中
Applying the concept of parallel engineering to progressive die design is an effective way to improve the efficiency of progressive die design and reduce the cost of design and development. Aiming at the current research status of feature technology and progressive die CAD / CAM system, this paper proposed the definition of feature oriented to parallel design and product life cycle. According to the characteristics of progressive die design, a product feature model, a stamping process feature model and Progressive model integrated information model composed of mold structure characteristic model. Based on this model, the feature mapping from sheet metal product characteristics to stamping process characteristics was studied. The stamping process characteristics and the feature mapping of mold structure were studied. The research results obtained have been used in the feature-based progressive die CAD / CAM software developed by our group
