目的 :检测面神经再生液的蛋白质成分及对运动神经元的生物营养活性。方法 :建立面神经再生室的动物模型 ,采集面神经再生液 ,用双向凝胶电泳技术对再生液进行蛋白组学的研究 ,并应用运动神经元培养的方法检验其生物活性。结果 :再生液中检测到 (85 0± 78)个蛋白质斑点 ,实验组培养神经元的胞体面积、突起长度及光密度值总体上大于对照组。结论 :再生液中蛋白含量丰富 ,种类繁多 ,面神经再生液对运动神经元确有营养活性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the protein components of facial nerve regeneration fluid and its biological activity to motor neuron. Methods: The animal model of facial nerve regeneration was established. Facial nerve regeneration fluid was collected. The proteomics of regenerated fluid was studied by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The biological activity of the regenerated fluid was tested by motor neuron culture. Results: (85 0 ± 78) protein spots were detected in the regenerative fluid. The cell body area, the length of the protuberance and the optical density of the cultured neurons in the experimental group were generally larger than those of the control group. Conclusion: The protein content of regenerative fluid is rich and varied. Facial nerve regeneration fluid does have the effect of nourishing the motor neurons.
