1.传统随车起重机支腿不足现有随车起重机水平支腿断面是由顶板、底板、左腹板及右腹板组焊而成的箱型结构,如图1所示。图1中的黑色部分表示板材焊接时的焊缝。由图1可以看出,焊接水平支腿的4块钢板共8条焊缝。该种结构的支腿的不足在于焊缝较多,焊缝处易于产生应力集中及焊接变形,总体承重能力不强,只能用于小吨位随车起重机。
1. Traditional truck crane legs inadequate The existing truck crane horizontal section is a cross-section from the roof, floor, left web and right web group formed by welding box structure, as shown in Figure 1. The black part in Figure 1 shows the weld when the plate is welded. As can be seen from Figure 1, a total of eight welds were welded on four plates of welded horizontal outriggers. The structure of the leg is less than the weld, the weld is prone to stress concentration and welding deformation, the overall load-bearing capacity is not strong, only for small tonnage truck crane.
