随着经济全球化和我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,税源日益呈现出复杂化、多元化的特点。近几年,国家税务总局推行税源专业化管理试点工作,以风险管理为导向,根据税收管理科学化、专业化、精细化的要求,整合、优化、合理有效地配置税收管理资源,实施有针对性的专业化管理,进一步提高征管质量和工作效率。这是一场顺应经济发展要求的税收征管改革,同时也给我国注税行业带来新的发展空间。
With the economic globalization and the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy, the tax source is increasingly showing the characteristics of complexity and diversification. In recent years, the State Administration of Taxation has introduced a pilot program of specialized management of tax sources and guided by risk management. According to the requirements of scientific, specialized and meticulous tax management, the State Administration of Taxation has integrated, optimized and rationally and effectively allocated tax administration resources and implemented targeted Professional management, to further improve the quality of collection and work efficiency. This is a tax collection and management reform that conforms to the requirements of economic development and at the same time brings new room for development for the tax-injection industry in our country.
