目的建立金银花提取物中7种活性成分(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C)含量及指纹图谱同时检测的方法。方法以AkzoNobel Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,测定波长326 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果 7种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率为97.98%~99.29%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于金银花提取物的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the content and fingerprint of seven active ingredients (chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptocholic acid, caffeic acid, isocrochloric acid B, isocrochloric acid A and chlorogenic acid C) in the extracts of honeysuckle Method of detection. Methods The gradient elution was performed on an AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution. The wavelength was 326 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. Results The linear relationship between the seven components was good. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 3%. The recoveries of the seven components were 97.98% ~ 99.29%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of honeysuckle extract.
