教育改革最难也是最重要的一点,就是解决思想认识问题。2009年,我来到山东省诸城市龙源学校做校长,那时候学校招生困难,教师情绪不稳,学校学习状况令人担忧。怎么办?教学质量提高不上来,学校发展就寸步难行。旧有的教学习惯导致课堂了无生气。我们决定从课堂改革开始,以初中部“两导”、小学部“四一”等课堂教学原则为切入点,7年过去了,“活力课堂”成为学校高质量办学的中心点,成就了一所学校从低谷到高峰的超越。 The most difficult and most important point of education reform is to solve the problem of ideological understanding. In 2009, I came to Longyuan School in Zhucheng, Shandong Province as the principal. At that time, the school was difficult to recruit students and the teacher was in a bad mood.
