氟啶酸(Enoxacin)是近年合成的第三代喹诺酮类衍生物之一,临床用于治疗革兰氏阴性菌及阳性菌引起的泌尿道、消化道、呼吸道,耳、鼻、喉及皮肤感染。根据临床需要,我们研制了复方氟啶酸栓剂,用于治疗细菌性、滴虫性阴道炎,疗效显著。氟啶酸、甲硝唑片剂均可采用紫外分光光度法测定含量,但其复方制剂中二组分互相干扰测定,国内尚未见其含量测定方法的报道。本文用多波长吸收度比值差法对复方氟啶酸栓剂的含量测定进行了实验研究,现报道如下: 1 仪器与试药日本岛津可见紫外分光光度计(UV-265FW)。氟啶酸、甲硝唑原料及对照品(武汉制药厂),复方氟啶酸栓(自制,氟啶酸、甲硝唑用量均为栓剂重量0.5%),原料药符合药典要求。其它试剂均为AR。
Enoxacin is one of the third generation quinolone derivatives synthesized in recent years. It is clinically used to treat urinary tract, digestive tract, respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat and skin infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria . According to clinical needs, we developed a compound nifedipine suppository for the treatment of bacterial, trichomonas vaginitis, a significant effect. Fluoric acid, metronidazole tablets can be determined by UV spectrophotometry, but the two components of the compound preparations interfere with each other determination, but the content of the method has not been reported in China. In this paper, multi-wavelength absorbance ratio difference method for the determination of compound nifedipine suppository were studied, are reported as follows: 1 Instruments and reagents Shimadzu UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV-265FW). Fumaric acid, metronidazole raw materials and reference materials (Wuhan Pharmaceutical Factory), compound nifedipine suppository (self-made, fluoridic acid, metronidazole dosage are 0.5% by weight of suppositories), raw materials meet the Pharmacopoeia requirements. Other reagents are AR.
