油田注水开发,注水站的高压柱塞泵机组运转需从高压电网中降压取得电力资源,由于变频调速装置的应用使电网的谐波污染问题日趋严重,影响了供电质量。目前谐波与电磁干扰、功率因数降低已并列为电力系统的三大公害,因而消除供配电系统中的高次谐波问题对改善供电质量和确保电力系统安全经济运行有着积极的意义。高升油田雷一注水站采用有源滤波技术,通过谐波控制技术的应用,滤除了变频器非线性负荷工作过程中产生的大部分谐波电流,使之达到国标GB/T 14549-93《电能质量公用电网谐波》规定限值以下;同时,降低了系统电容器对谐波的放大,提高了线路的功率因数,延长了设备的使用寿命,保证了安全生产。
