本文报告了医用涤纶布修补复杂尿痿14例,甲级疗效9例,乙级丙级各2例;丁级1例。通过临床实践与大白鼠实验,认为医用涤纶布可以作为组织生长的支架及屏障,有利于尿痿组织的修复,提高了尿痿的手术率及成功率。通过失败病例的原因分析,认为涤纶布应与组织平整密合,缝合固定,使之与组织贴紧才有利于组织生长愈合。
This article reports the medical polyester cloth repair complicated urinary atrophy in 14 cases, 9 cases of Class A curative effect, 2 cases of Class B and 2 cases of Ding Class. Through clinical practice and experiments in rats, the medical polyester cloth can be used as a scaffold and barrier for tissue growth, is conducive to the repair of the impotence tissue, and improves the operation rate and success rate of urinary impotence. Through the analysis of the reasons of the failure cases, it is considered that the polyester fabric should be in close contact with the tissue and be sutured and fixed so as to be in close contact with the tissue so as to be conducive to tissue growth and healing.
