近几年来,随着供应链管理的不断发展,采购供应管理已经成为了企业实现柔性化经营、有效应对市场的重要手段,本文结合研发性企业的采购特点,全面分析了此类企业实施战略的过程。并且提出现代战略采购管理只有打破单一界面、站在企业整体最优和供应链最优基础上,实现供应细分管理才能真正为研发性企业取得生存发展的空间。
In recent years, with the continuous development of supply chain management, procurement and supply management has become an important means for enterprises to realize flexible management and effectively respond to the market. Based on the purchasing characteristics of R & D enterprises, this paper comprehensively analyzes the implementation strategies of such enterprises process. It is also pointed out that only by breaking a single interface, standing on the basis of the overall optimality of an enterprise and the optimal supply chain, the modern strategic procurement management can achieve the space for the existence and development of R & D enterprises through subdivision management.
