上海经济的高速发展促进了以道路交通、绿地、建筑为主体的环境规划和建设。按照上海市政府对上海交通的总体发展规划,提出了上海市高速公路网建设“153060”目标,在2005年左右建成650km的高速智能公路网。上海市高速公路网建设和运行将在国家的宏观监管下,采用多元化投资的方式、分路段建设、分路段运行和维护管理的模式。
The rapid economic development in Shanghai has promoted the environmental planning and construction with road traffic, green space and buildings as the main body. According to the Shanghai Municipal Government’s overall development plan for Shanghai Communications, the “153060” goal of Shanghai Expressway Network Construction was proposed and a 650km high-speed intelligent highway network was built around 2005. Under the macroscopic supervision of the country, the construction and operation of Shanghai expressway network will adopt diversified investment mode to construct the mode of sub-section construction, sub-section operation and maintenance management.
