热塑性弹性体(TPE)结合了硫化橡胶的弹性和物理机械性能与热塑性聚合物的优异加工性能。基于天然橡胶/聚丙烯(NR/PP)的TPE在汽车领域具有广泛的应用。通过聚合物共混制备的TPE根据橡胶的硫化情况可分为两类:热塑性聚烯烃(TPO,未硫化)和热塑性硫化胶(TPV,动态硫化)。TPO常指橡胶未硫化的共混体,塑料一般采用聚烯烃。TPV的基本要求是形成交联,是在高温下弹性体与热塑性聚合物熔融混炼时原位形成的。由此形成的共混体是高交联密度微米 Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) combine the flexibility and physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubbers with the excellent processability of thermoplastic polymers.
