用花粉管通道法将柞蚕抗菌肽D基因导入番茄 ,获得了转基因植株。应用PCR技术、DNA斑点杂交以及South ern印迹分析表明 ,抗菌肽D基因已整合到番茄基因组 ;而且 ,位于目的基因下游的胭脂碱合成酶基因有表达。青枯假单孢菌活体接种结合高发病大田种植试验结果显示 ,部分转基因植株的子一代具有较强的抗青枯病能力。
The antiseptic peptide D gene of tussah was introduced into tomato by pollen tube channel method, and the transgenic plants were obtained. The PCR technique, DNA dot blot and South ern blot analysis showed that the antibacterial peptide D gene was integrated into the tomato genome. Moreover, the nopaline synthase gene located downstream of the target gene was expressed. The inoculation of Pseudomonas solanacearum inoculated with high incidence of disease in field experiments showed that the progeny of some transgenic plants had strong resistance to bacterial wilt.
