为研究超薄盐化物自融雪沥青混合料的路用性能,以150 mm超薄盐化物自融雪沥青混合料和350mmAC-13复合试件进行高温稳定性和低温抗裂性研究。采用冻融劈裂试验和飞散试验分别评价其水稳定性和黏结性。研究结果表明:随着盐化物替代量的增大,超薄盐化物自融雪沥青混合料黏附性增大,而动稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均减小;为保证超薄盐化物自融雪沥青混合料路用性能,盐化物替代量不应大于57%。研究成果为超薄盐化物自融雪沥青混合料在道路工程中的应用可行性提供了重要依据。
In order to study the road performance of the ultra-thin salted material from melt-blown asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance were studied by using 150 mm ultra-thin salting mixture of melt-blown asphalt mixture and 350mmAC-13 composite specimen. Freeze-thaw splitting test and scattering test were used to evaluate the water stability and cohesiveness respectively. The results show that the adhesion of ultra-thin salted material to the melt-blown asphalt mixture increases with the increase of the replacement amount of salinized soil, while the dynamic stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio decrease. Snowmelt asphalt road performance, salt replacement should not exceed 57%. The research results provide an important basis for the feasibility of application of ultra-thin salts from melt-snow asphalt mixture in road engineering.
