从预防井涌的角度对水平井最大长度的限制因素进行了分析,根据钻井液流体力学基本原理及水平井水平段环空压耗计算模型,得出水平井水平段最大长度的设计方法;针对排量、地层安全密度窗口和钻井液流变性等因素对水平井水平段长度的影响进行敏感性分析。结果表明,水平井水平段最大长度受排量、地层安全密度窗口和钻井液流变性等多个因素共同影响。泵排量增加、钻井液粘度增大,水平段最大允许长度减小;地层安全密度窗口增加,水平段最大允许长度增大。
According to the basic principle of fluid mechanics of drilling fluid and annular air pressure loss calculation model of horizontal well horizontal section, the design method of the maximum horizontal section length of horizontal well is obtained. Sensitivity analysis is conducted on the influence of horizontal and vertical borehole volume, formation safety density window and drilling fluid rheology on horizontal length of horizontal well. The results show that the maximum length of horizontal well is influenced by many factors, such as displacement, formation safety density window and drilling fluid rheology. Pump displacement increases, viscosity of drilling fluid increases, and the maximum allowable length of horizontal section decreases. The window of formation safety density increases and the maximum allowable length of horizontal section increases.
