餐饮行业作为传统的服务性行业,经营实体众多,劳动用工密集,同时也是典型的低收入行业。本文总结了餐饮行业就业、用工、工资分配、工时、参保等多方面特点,分析了餐饮行业劳动关系的突出问题,探讨了构建餐饮行业和谐劳动关系的途径。
As a traditional service industry, the catering industry has a large number of operating entities, intensive labor and employment, and is also a typical low-income industry. This article summarizes the employment, employment, wage distribution, working hours, insurance and other characteristics of the catering industry, analyzes the prominent problems in the labor relations in the catering industry, and discusses ways to build harmonious labor relations in the catering industry.
