[目的]观察解毒通瘀复肾颗粒联合西药治疗血瘀型IgA肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将36例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组;肾上腺皮质激素、转换酶抑制剂、缓解蛋白尿等。对照组18例贝那普利,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组18例解毒通瘀复肾颗粒(牛膝30g,山茱萸15g,黄芪60g,路路通、赤芍、车前子各15g,大黄6g,党参30g),真空浓缩、喷雾干燥后制成颗粒,10mg/次,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿RBP、尿α_1-MG、尿β_2-MG、血小板源性生长因子BB、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结幂]治疗组痊愈3例,显效5例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率94.44%。对照组痊愈1例,显效4例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。尿检指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。血小板源性生长因子BB指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]解毒通瘀复肾颗粒联合西药治疗血瘀型IgA肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jie Du Tong Yu Fu Shen Granule combined with western medicine on IgA nephropathy of blood stasis type.
