当前边境地区异常严峻的反恐形势,要求边境地区军警民等反恐力量运用先进的边防联合战术思想武装头脑,通过边境联合反恐行动打击恐怖活动,维护边境地区的安全与稳定。通过分析边防联合战术思想在边境军警民联合反恐中运用存在的问题,提出加强运用的对策,旨在提升反恐行动效能,提高联合反恐战斗力。 The current harsh anti-terrorism situation in the border areas demands that the anti-terrorist forces such as the army, the police and the people in the border areas should use advanced border defense tactics to arm their minds and combat terrorist activities through border anti-terrorist operations so as to safeguard the security and stability in the border areas. By analyzing the problems existing in the application of the tactics of border defense joint tactics in the joint counter-terrorism among border police and the civilian population, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the use of anti-terror action in order to enhance the joint anti-terrorism combat effectiveness.
