胶州湾某近海桥梁在拆除时发现其跨中箱梁孔道灌浆中的钢绞线发生腐蚀。采用扫描电镜、EDS能谱、X射线衍射及激光拉曼对锈层样品分析表面形貌、元素分布及物相组成。结果表明:钢绞线表面有明显的蚀坑,在锈层中发现Fe、O、Cl、S、Ca、Si等元素。腐蚀产物主要由α-FeOOH、α-Fe2O3、γ-FeOOH、Fe3O4、CaCO3及少量的Fe2(SO4)3和β-FeOOH组成。锈层内部不同位置处的物相组成具有一定的差异。
When a certain offshore bridge in Jiaozhou Bay was demolished, it was found that the steel strand in the cross-box box girder borehole corroded. The surface morphology, elemental distribution and phase composition of the rust layer were analyzed by SEM, EDS, X-ray diffraction and laser Raman. The results show that there are obvious pits on the surface of steel strand, and Fe, O, Cl, S, Ca, Si and other elements are found in the rust layer. The corrosion products mainly consist of α-FeOOH, α-Fe2O3, γ-FeOOH, Fe3O4, CaCO3 and a small amount of Fe2 (SO4) 3 and β-FeOOH. There are some differences in the phase composition at different positions inside the rust layer.
