目的:建立HPLC法测定自制白藜芦醇乳脂体中白藜芦醇的含量。方法:采用Luna C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)柱,以甲醇∶水(75∶25)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,305nm波长处检测。结果:白藜芦醇在0.1~50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为:A=125 485.4C+8 407,R=0.999 9;平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.63%。结论:本法快速、准确,结果可靠,重现性好,适用于白藜芦醇制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol content in resveratrol cream. Methods: Luna C18 (5μm, 250mm × 4.6mm) column was used with methanol: water (75:25) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL / min at 305nm. Results: Resveratrol had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-50 μg / mL. The linear regression equation was: A = 125 485.4C + 8 407, R = 0.999 9; the average recovery was 99.1% and the RSD was 0.63%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, reliable, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of resveratrol preparations.
